Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Server and Food Service Specialist to join our team at TORBAY FUN FOODS LTD. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: While experience is an asset, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
- Essential Tasks:
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards, traveller's cheques, or room billings.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers.
- Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
