Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team in Toronto, ON. This role will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of our operations to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Collaborate with the financial planning team to ensure accurate and timely setup of accounts and services for new advisors.
  • Portfolio Management: Assist in monitoring and tracking the progress of transitions, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Tax Preparation and Debt Management: Coordinate with the tax and debt management teams to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Estate Planning: Work closely with the estate planning team to ensure comprehensive and tailored solutions for clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of core aspects of wealth management and investment account types.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and systems used in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
