About The Butcherchef

We are a dynamic food service company seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Operations Manager at The Butcherchef, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, and ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
  • Financial Management: Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including sales reports and inventory reports.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
