About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Assistant to join our team at Solar Pro Installer. As a key member of our roofing crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful installation of solar panels on residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation of solar panels, roofing materials, and other equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced team to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely project completion.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in solar panel installation and roofing.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials.
