The UNIQLO Management Candidate (UMC) program is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their skills and experience to become a global business leader. As a UMC, you will join an intensive classroom and on-the-job training program to develop your leadership, problem-solving skills, business, and analytical thinking.
As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of customer service, leading and motivating staff, managing store operations, and developing strategies to meet sales and improve store metrics.
We are looking for individuals who possess strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for innovation and sustainability. If you are a team player who is eager to learn and grow with a global brand, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain a positive store environment
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and store presentation
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales and improve store metrics
- Maintain store standards, including overall safety and cleanliness

- Completion of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team

- Operational improvement and problem-solving skills
