Regulatory Affairs Expert

As a Regulatory Affairs Expert at the College of Nurses of Ontario, you will play a key role in promoting safe nursing practice by developing, coordinating, and implementing strategic projects, initiatives, and evidence-informed strategic plans. You will work closely with our senior leadership team, board of directors, and committees to identify and analyze trends and best practices, and develop recommendations to support regulatory operations and strategic direction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in Public Administration, Nursing, Public Policy, or Business Administration;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office.
The salary range for this position is $122,973 - $147,568. We offer a competitive benefits package and a dynamic work environment.
