About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Bryan Gelman Corporation. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored.
  • Data Entry: Enter data according to specified formats, verifying accuracy and completeness throughout the process.
  • Database Management: Store, update, and maintain databases, performing backup procedures to ensure data preservation.
  • Office Support: Perform general office duties, including classifying, labeling, and storing diskettes/disks and tapes of data.
  • Document Conversion: Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Health care institution, facility, or clinic.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Access, MS Word, MS Windows, MS Outlook.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Other Benefits: Transportation provided by employer, permanent employment, 40 hours per week, English language of work.
