About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Bryan Gelman Corporation. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of medical records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Data Entry: Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Database Management: Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Backup Procedures: Perform regular backup procedures to ensure data preservation and prevent loss.
  • General Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including classifying, labeling, and storing data.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Access, MS Word, MS Windows, and MS Outlook.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to undergo a criminal record check.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available, and transportation may be provided by the employer.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
