The Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Electrification Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing internal and external customer service, including technical support, order management, and claims resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate processing and timely shipping.
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Bilingual French-English skills, with English required for communication with external customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other IT systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
