Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Receptionist to join our front desk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for registering arriving guests, processing room reservations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Room Reservations: Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized environment for guests and staff.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
