Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Northwood Liquor Store. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to sales floor staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: Fluency in English.
