Ebury | FX Senior Sales Team Leader

About the Role
As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead our team in driving revenue growth by developing prospects, setting an example, and mentoring colleagues. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and Coaching Team Members
- Identify areas for improvement and provide targeted coaching to help team members enhance their skills.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
Pitching and Closing Deals
- Pitch prospective clients through phone and face-to-face meetings.
- Closely collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and first trades.
Forecasting and Reporting
- Accurately forecast expected sales volume to inform business decisions.
- Ensure timely submission of reports detailing sales performance.
Sales Methodology and Administration
- Maintain adherence to company-wide sales methodology and administration processes.
- Collaborate with fellow Heads of Desk to implement regional sales programs.
New Hire Onboarding
- Contribute to the recruitment process for new team members.
- Lead the onboarding process to ensure new hires have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.

What We Offer
