Job Title: Automobile Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Easy Care Carpet Cleaners LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Inspect and Maintain Vehicles: Conduct regular inspections of our vehicles to ensure they are clean and well-maintained, and identify any areas for improvement.
  • Prepare Budgets and Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance projects.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of cleaning and maintenance activities.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Specialized Skills: Specialized environmental skills and knowledge.
