Job Title: Automobile Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Automobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Easy Care Carpet Cleaners LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our clients' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality results and efficient operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Specialized environmental skills and knowledge.
  • Bondable and basic security clearance.
