About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Abode Professional Cleaning Service. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and train cleaning staff to meet the needs of our clients
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and provide guidance as needed
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards of service delivery
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
