Senior Reliability Engineer

Ranovus is seeking a highly skilled Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a critical member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing reliability engineering and program management support to multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product qualification plans, ensuring compliance with international standards such as Telcordia GR-468 and relevant Military JEDEC and IPC standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate reliability risks associated with photonic and electronic component technologies.
- Manage customer qualification reports, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and presentation of qualification results.
- Review and ensure compliance with contract manufacturer reliability plans and results.
- Support product development by providing reliability modeling and simulation, as well as photonics and electronic component reliability prediction and modeling.
- Ensure product environmental compliance with ROHS and conflict minerals reporting requirements.
- Manage product regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to external regulatory standards for safety, EMI/EMC, and other applicable requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, plus 10+ years of related work experience.
- Strong understanding of high technology product development and manufacturing methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal process owners and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of reliability, maintainability, and risk management principles, as defined by the American Society for Quality.
- Ability to acquire and analyze data using standard quantitative methods to facilitate process analysis and improvements.
- Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Reliability Engineer, or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
