Senior Reliability Engineer

Ranovus is seeking a highly skilled Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a critical member of our organization, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and quality of our products.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product qualification plans, leveraging your expertise in reliability risks and qualification standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate reliability risks, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.
- Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future failures.
- Manage customer qualification reports, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Review and approve contract manufacturer reliability plans, ensuring conformance to our standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, plus 10+ years of experience in reliability engineering and product development.
- Strong understanding of high technology product development and manufacturing methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Knowledge of reliability, maintainability, and risk management principles, as defined by the American Society for Quality.
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements, using standard quantitative methods.
- Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Reliability Engineer, or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Experience with photonics technology and related qualification standards.
