About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Daddio's Family Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including main courses, sides, and desserts
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Order supplies and equipment, managing inventory and records
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment
  • Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and supervise staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
