Job Description
The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for managing our internal IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the security and reliability of systems. This role involves first-line and second-line support, managing Microsoft 365 tenant, Google cloud environments, and SaaS platforms, as well as implementing IT security best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This position requires hands-on experience with managing cloud productivity and security tools, RMM, and device management tools. A strong understanding of IT security principles, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data encryption, is also necessary. Familiarity with networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNs, is a plus. Candidates with relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+, are desirable.
