The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities- Implement solutions that meet customer requirements
- Handle technical support issues via phone, email, or in-person
- Travel to customers to install, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
- Work as part of a team to support our complete product line
- Degree from a top Canadian University
- 2-3 years experience working in a technical support environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Superior technical analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge in Help Desk and trouble ticket resolution, Windows 2000 and 2003 server administration, deployment, and performance tuning, Cisco firewalls/routers/switches, direct customer exposure/experience
