Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Instructor to join our team at CAE. As a Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for providing simulator instruction to military student pilots in accordance with the applicable NFTC Training Plan and Canadian Forces Individual Training and Education System (CFITES).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver academic lectures in support of the NFTC training program.
- Provide simulator instruction on the Harvard II and/or Hawk 115 Flight Training Device (FTD) to military student pilots.
- Develop specific expertise in one of the many aviation related Academic subjects associated with Military Pilot Training.
Requirements
- Military pilot background.
- Knowledge of approved pilot instructional techniques.
- Practical military pilot instructional experience.
- Flexibility in handling tasks and projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and good presentation skills in English.
- Solid interpersonal skills.

Security Clearance
Candidate must successfully pass a security evaluation per the requirements of the Controlled Goods Directorate of Canada and to CAE being able to obtain all necessary re-transfer authorization in compliance with US ITAR regulations.
