Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children, promoting their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities, tell stories, teach songs, and take children on outings to local points of interest, fostering a love for learning and exploration.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment, ensuring the well-being of our children and staff, and adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Supervise and coordinate the activities of other early childhood educators and assistants, promoting a positive and supportive team dynamic.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in early childhood education is an asset, but not required.
  • Certifications: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate.
