Salary Range


The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $74,800 and $138,600 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.



About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and operational management skills. You will be responsible for prioritizing and supporting the work of customer-facing and internal platforms, managing platform health scores and adoption rates, and coordinating activities across technology, design, security, and marketing teams.


You will also be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders to understand the platform vision, aligning and delivering on the roadmap, and documenting business rules, functional/technical specifications, and process interpretations.


In addition, you will analyze platform data to drive optimizations, prioritize work components used by customers/end-users, and ensure compliance with service and support agreements and standards.


The ideal candidate will have intermediate level proficiency in new product development, user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design, cybersecurity and privacy concepts, principles, and solutions, and other relevant skills.



Key Responsibilities



  • Prioritize and support the work of customer-facing and/or internal platforms
  • Manage platform health scores and adoption rates
  • Coordinate activities across technology, design, security, and marketing teams
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to understand the platform vision and deliver on the roadmap

Requirements


The ideal candidate will have typically between 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience are essential.
