About Our Client

Our client specializes in TI and new build commercial and institutional projects. They have a strong presence throughout the Lower Mainland.

About the Opportunity

This is an excellent chance to join a forward-thinking company that continues to grow year on year. You will be overseeing your own projects, which can include TIs for banks, schools, and other commercial settings or new build projects such as car dealerships and dental offices.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Mastering trade coordination, including managing schedules, avoiding overlaps, and site conflicts.
  • Pushing the schedule and delivering the project on time by foreseeing and dealing with any concerns.
  • Monitoring the project budget to prevent any cost overruns.
  • Mastery of drawings to rectify construction challenges before they arise.
  • Dealing with challenging workforce issues that arise.
  • Anticipating and minimizing any issues that arise.
  • Treating safety as a priority.
  • Balancing the needs of schedule, budget, and safety.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years as a Superintendent with start-to-finish project experience.
  • Highly proficient using software such as Procore, SiteDocs, and MS Suite.
  • Experience working on TI projects ranging from $2M – $25M.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 – $140,000 depending on experience, as well as yearly discretionary bonuses and health and dental benefits.
