About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Anoush Middle Eastern Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Order and manage supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and records.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning and inventory control.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
