Job Description:

As an Advanced Care Paramedic, you will be responsible for assessing emergency scenes and patients, and providing critical care to those in need. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You will also have the chance to work in a variety of settings, from urban centers to rural communities, and will be part of a team that is committed to providing exceptional patient care. Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited Advanced Care Paramedic program
  • Active registration with Alberta College of Paramedics (ACP) as an Advanced Care Paramedic
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP)
  • Valid Class 4 Alberta Operator's Licence with no more than six (6) demerits
  • Completion of the Functional Abilities Recruitment Evaluation (test taken no more than six (6) months prior to the application date)
