Job Description

The IT Service Delivery Director will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services to our teams across North America. This leadership position will oversee all aspects of IT service management, including help desk, end-user computing, and service excellence initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 2 years in a technical support/customer service environment
  • Demonstrated track record of providing great customer service
  • Strong team player with the ability to lead and mentor staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Agile in thought and action, with the ability to tackle difficult problems analytically

Location

This role is based in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, with the possibility of remote work. As a hybrid role, you will be required to work from home 2 days a week and spend 3 days in the office.
