We are seeking a skilled Delivery Truck Driver to join our team at Grant Home Hardware Building Centres. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being professional, courteous, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Logistics: Load and unload goods, record trip information, and oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance.
  • Transportation: Operate a delivery truck to transport goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, trip information, and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Certifications: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles), Driver's License (Class 3 or D), Driver's Licence (Class 2 or B or C).
  • Transportation: Valid driver's licence, steel-toed safety boots.
  • Health and Safety: Driving record check (abstract).
