bParking Enforcement Role Overview/bbrbrPaladin Security is seeking a skilled Parking Enforcement Officer to join our team. As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for enforcing parking regulations, issuing warnings and/or violation notices, and redirecting parkers to appropriate parking areas. brbrbKey Responsibilities/bbrbrEnforce parking regulations by patrolling assigned sites, issuing warnings and/or violation notices, and redirecting parkers to appropriate parking areasbrbrConduct vacant stall counts to monitor traffic volumes and identify opportunities to improve parking servicesbrbrCollect parking revenue from automated parking payment equipmentbrbrMaintain equipment, including checking and replenishing change and paper stock, and cleaning solar panels as neededbrbrReport equipment failures to managementbrbrPrepare and maintain required records, including logs of parking enforcement activities and records of contested citationsbrbrbRequirements/bbrbrValid Class 5 FULL driver's license and clear driver's abstractbrbrCompetency in English to read and understand written regulations, orders, and instructions, and ability to compose legible reportsbrbrAbility to make quick decisions in emergency response situations with minimal supervisionbrbrPhysical ability to walk up to 30+ kilometers each day for foot patrolsbrbrAbility to write comprehensive reports and maintain proper recordsbrbrAbility to handle private information with high discretionbrbrbEducation Requirements/bbrbrHigh School Diploma/GEDbrbrbBenefits and Additional Information/bbrbrBenefits: Medical Insurance, Dental InsurancebrbrThis role reports to the CSM. brbrThis is a Full and Part-Time position, available for 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, and Weekends. brbrNumber of Openings: 1
