Parking Enforcement Opportunity

Paladin Security is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parking Enforcement Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enforcing parking regulations, issuing warnings and/or violation notices, and providing exceptional customer service to the public.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce parking regulations by patrolling assigned sites, issuing warnings and/or violation notices, and redirecting parkers to appropriate parking areas

• Conduct vacant stall counts to monitor traffic volumes and identify opportunities to improve parking services

• Collect parking revenue from automated parking payment equipment

• Maintain equipment, including automated parking payment equipment and solar panels, and report any failures to management

• Prepare and maintain required records, including logs of parking enforcement activities and records of contested citations

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 5 FULL driver's license and clear driver's abstract

• Demonstrate competency in English to read and understand written regulations, orders, and instructions, and compose legible reports

• Ability to make quick decisions in emergency response situations with minimal supervision

• Physically able to walk up to 30+ kilometers each day for foot patrols

• Ability to write comprehensive reports and maintain proper records

• Ability to handle private information with high discretion

Education Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
