Customer Service Supervisor Role

At AVA Masonry Inc., we're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of customer service workers. Your goal will be to ensure that our customers receive top-notch service, every time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train customer service representatives to meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
