We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate to provide exceptional client service and administrative support to our high-performing Advisory Team.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain existing client relationships and identify opportunities to deepen client engagement.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and efficient support.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to provide proactive client service, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
- Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients and prospects, leveraging your passion for planning.
- Stay up-to-date on internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate and compliant client files and documentation.
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and high level of time management and organization skills.
- Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service, with a professional, warm, and friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures.
- Experience in the securities industry, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
