Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Associate to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Wealth Sales and Service team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and support to our Investment Advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Investment Advisors, including scheduling meetings, preparing client reviews, and coordinating marketing activities.
  • Manage client inquiries, account maintenance, and transactions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client complaints.
  • Assist with client onboarding, including setting up new accounts, processing transfers, and remitting funds.
  • Generate reports and documents for clients and Investment Advisors, as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
  • Monitor and report on client portfolio performance, identifying opportunities for rebalancing and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in wealth management or financial services.
  • Advanced knowledge of investment processes, procedures, and products.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
