Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives for IT tools and processes across all Bombardier sites.
• Design and execute communication, change management, and risk mitigation plans based on a thorough understanding of site-specific differences.
• Establish metrics and control systems to facilitate sustaining initiatives, decision-making, and action.
• Plan and lead workshops, map processes, create training materials, and support sessions to drive quality improvement.
• Act as a coach to management and stakeholders to promote the adoption and maintenance of best practices.
• Coordinate issue ownership and follow-up with stakeholders.
• Lead weekly meetings to present progress and performance to management.
Requirements:
• Hold a degree and have at least eight (8) years of experience in engineering, operations management, or a relevant field.
• Possess a background in project management, particularly in the deployment of IT tools.
• Experience in the aviation industry or a highly regulated field is an asset.
• Demonstrate the ability to simplify and synthesize complex information for various audiences.
• Work autonomously and rigorously, both remotely and in the office.
• Manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Develop partnerships and business relationships.
• Be dynamic, open-minded, and have a sense of initiative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Skilled in developing dashboards (e.g., Microsoft Power BI).
• Fluent in English and French (Spanish is an asset).
