About the Role

As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide first-level technical support to users, working closely with the Supervisor, IT-Services. You will be part of a dynamic call center team, responding to IT incidents and requests, identifying recurring problems, and implementing corrective measures.

  • You will work on maintaining the inventory of IT assets rigorously and help resolve IT incidents remotely whenever possible.
  • You will guide and train users on best practices, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use technology effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have a college or professional diploma in computer science or a related field, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and autonomy to work effectively in a team environment.

  • You must have good knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, iPhone, and Android devices.
  • Fluency in both English and French (oral and written) is essential.
  • A level 1 IT Support experience is an asset.
