About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our Process Admin Services team at MBPS. This role reports directly to the Operations Director and interacts with business unit partners to ensure organizational efficiencies and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with business unit partners to identify and prioritize process improvements.
  • Develop and manage business metrics to measure process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
