About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our North America Data Analytics team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, generate meaningful insights, and support data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data analytics program strategy, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power Forms, to streamline business processes and internal controls while supporting compliance objectives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to increase the use of data analytic tools, reducing manual processes and enhancing the reliability of decision-making and compliance activities.
  • Collect, process, and analyze data using programming languages such as SQL, SAS, or Python.
  • Create clear and informative data visualizations using tools like Power BI.
  • Develop advanced Excel models for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
  • Conduct data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Translate complex data findings into a compelling narrative for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Present insights and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other analysts and business professionals to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in data analytics.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and SAS.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and their applications.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of database systems and experience with querying and managing databases.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop) and cloud-based services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well in teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
  • Strong time management and adaptability skills.
  • A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn and stay updated with industry trends.
