Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Squad at Stay22. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building the data pipeline that provides Business Intelligence to all departments.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making and help identify business growth opportunities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide technical expertise on data-related projects. Additionally, you will coach and train all departments to run their own analysis, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and completeness.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in data analysis and visualization, as well as experience in SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical modeling. If you have a passion for pushing the limits of predictive modeling and AI, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
  • Provide technical expertise on data-related projects
  • Coach and train departments to run their own analysis
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and completeness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field
  • At least 3-5+ years of experience working as an Analyst with experience in analytics/data science/insights/strategy/BI
  • Strong experience in finding data insights and providing business recommendations
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Advanced working knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical modeling
