Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

Are you a data enthusiast looking to make a meaningful impact in the banking industry? We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our GP1859 Administration and Performance Measurement team.

About the Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the new variable compensation program for 1859 Private Wealth Management teams. You will contribute to a flagship project, gaining a detailed knowledge of the business line and its products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing and understanding data from authoritative sources to detect quality issues, risks, and trends
  • Working closely with team members, stakeholders, and whole-bank stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • Communicating results through visualizations, presentations, and reports to users
  • Providing support to teams in developing data quality metrics and monitoring dashboards
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation on business needs and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with data security and privacy standards
About the Team

You will be part of the GP1859 Administration and Performance Measurement team, responsible for supporting the maintenance, optimization, and evolution of the GRP. Our team manages and delivers large-scale projects that have a significant impact on GP1859's efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree, certificate, or master's degree in data management, analytics, computer science, statistics, or a related field
  • A strong interest in the banking industry or relevant knowledge of products and processes
  • Knowledge of data, dashboard designs, and visualizations
  • Competence in working with data using SQL and PowerBI tools
