Strategic Fundraising Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Development Director to craft and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for Greenlight Clinic, focusing on expanding our supporter base and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders.
About the Role:- Fundraising Initiatives: Develop and oversee annual campaigns, online donation efforts, and other strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with funders, donors, and community partners.
- Prospect Identification: Identify and research potential funders and develop new funding opportunities.
- Financial Support: Secure financial backing from individual, foundation, and institutional sources.
- Donor Engagement: Establish a system for acknowledging, recognizing, and communicating with past and current major donors.
- Potential Donors: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective donors.
- Grant Writing: Coordinate the entire grant/proposal writing process from inception to acquisition.
- Representation: Attend conferences and meetings; represent Greenlight Clinic to potential donors and community partners through presentations and speaking engagements.
- Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date on philanthropic sector trends and developments impacting mental health and youth.
- Experience: At least seven years of experience as a development professional in the social sector, with a proven track record in fundraising and grant writing.
- Funding Network: Possess a robust funding network of corporate, foundation, and individual contributors in the SF Bay Area.
- Mental Health Advocacy: Demonstrate a genuine interest in mental health care issues and a passion for sharing the Greenlight Clinic story.
- Self-Motivation: Be a self-starter with strong self-discipline and a high comfort level working remotely and independently.
Greenlight Clinic is located in The Presidio of San Francisco. This is an initial 30 hour/week position with flexibility to expand into full-time. Compensation is commensurate with experience, estimated around $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
