Office Operations Coordinator

At Transtar Logistics Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in coordinating and planning office services, assembling data, and preparing reports. They will also be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
- Permanent employment
- English language
- 35 hours per week
