Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at 12543681 Canada Inc. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our courier service, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of packages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Team Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work for a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure smooth operations.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
