Job Description
This is a regular, full-time opportunity in the Financial Services department, supporting the Payroll & Benefits team. The successful candidate will process payroll and benefit transactions accurately and efficiently, meeting strict deadlines, and maintaining compliance with regulations and industry standards. Key responsibilities include payroll operations, benefits operations, financial transactions, and record-keeping.
Key Performance Indicators
- Accurate payroll processing and benefit transactions within specified deadlines.
- Effective communication with employees, managers, and other departments regarding payroll and benefits documentation or input issues.
- Maintenance of records and reports, adhering to regulatory and industry standards.
