About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Vice President to join our team at Jettysoft Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and maximum impact.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, aligning with our company's overall vision and mission.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a professional and diplomatic demeanor at all times.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority to them, and create optimum working conditions to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Work Environment: Work Term: Permanent; Work Language: English; Hours: 40 hours per week.
