Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail store. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for leading by example, modeling the behaviors that our sales team needs to demonstrate to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for carrying out essential cash reconciliation tasks, opening and closing the store on a rotational basis, and providing coaching and mentoring to team members to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Carry out essential cash reconciliation tasks, including start and end of day counts
  • Open and close the store on a rotational basis, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and expectations

Requirements
  • Proven retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
