Key Holder

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our retail team at our Lindt Chocolate Shop in London, Ontario. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, assessing customer needs, and providing assistance and information on product features.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, welcoming customers to the store, and answering their questions.
- Product Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers.
- Sales and Marketing: Actively seek out customers in store, cross-sell products, and handle returns of merchandise.
- Teamwork: Act as a team member to achieve sales targets and goals, support with cash handling and inventory duties, and assist with corporate gifting.
- Store Operations: Open and close the store, prepare Daily Bank Deposits, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Work Experience: Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative, or similar role.
- Customer Service Skills: Basic understanding of customer service practices and sales principles.
- Sales Performance: Track record of achieving sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Availability to work flexible shifts.
- Education: High school diploma.
- Passion: Passion for chocolate.
