We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our retail team at our Lindt Chocolate Shop in London, Ontario. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, assess customer needs, and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Sales: Go the extra mile to drive sales, actively seek out customers in store, and remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- Store Appearance: Comply with inventory control procedures and visual merchandising standards, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Teamwork: Act as a team member to achieve sales targets and goals, and support with cash handling and inventory duties.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative, or similar role.
- Skills: Basic understanding of customer service practices and sales principles, track record of achieving sales targets, and hands-on experience with POS transactions.
- Education: High school diploma.
- Personality: Friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus, ability to perform under pressure, and address complaints in a timely manner.
