Job Title: Senior Legal Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Manager to join our team at YPP Associates P.C. as a key member of our legal services department.

Job Summary:

The Senior Legal Manager will be responsible for directing the operations of our legal services department, planning and organizing the delivery of legal services to our clients, and supervising a team of legal professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the operations of our legal services department, including planning and organizing the delivery of legal services to our clients.
  • Supervise a team of legal professionals, including lawyers, paralegals, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal services department.
  • Manage budgets and expenditures for the legal services department.
  • Represent the firm in legal proceedings and negotiations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting our clients and the firm.
Requirements:
  • Law degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior legal management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
