Plumbing Service Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the development and regular updating of project schedules and associated reporting, as well as effective management and leadership of on-site tradesmen. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role, as you will be responsible for promoting and enforcing a safe work environment and safe work practices for all trade contractors and the construction site.

With a strong background in commercial building construction, particularly in plumbing, HVAC, and electric, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of installing commercial HVAC systems and equipment for various types of commercial projects. This will involve attending weekly construction meetings with general contractors, communicating directly with project managers, and working through problems as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Must be proficient in commercial building construction related to plumbing, HVAC, and electric
  • Positive attitude and desire to deliver exceptional results
  • Plumbing or HVAC red seal, and/or their Gas A or B ticket
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities
