Social Media Program Coordinator Role

We're seeking a skilled Social Media Program Coordinator to join our Services team. As a key member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving program success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support customers alongside a Program Success Manager to ensure we meet customer goals and objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Later Influence platform and best practices to drive program success for our customers.
  • Lead the influencer experience on the Later Influence platform by building and executing customer campaigns with attention to detail.
  • Leverage internal project management tools to support campaign planning, execution, delegation, and time-tracking.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the service industry, supporting customers.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing or influencer innovation.
  • Agency experience or influencer marketing experience in a high-growth SaaS company is a strong plus.
  • A can-do approach to making things happen.
  • Professional presence, confidence, and eloquence in meetings and presentations.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to use data to drive problem-solving.

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 CAD + bonus potential.
